    Default PTS download Error

I have had the PTS on my PC for months now and after that fiasco where the PTS bugged and people couldnt log in because of an error, ive been getting a new error for the past 2-3 days. I go to update the PTR and i get "Downloading Failied (Error #1003)" Once it starts downloading anything.

Ive even completely deleted my PTR folder, redownloaded the patcher, and tried agian, the moment it starts downloading something it says Error 1003

    Any ideas?

Doing copypasta of live to a new folder and using riftpatcheralpha to run recover seems to be working. downloaded for 10-15min so far

Question: How do I submit a DxDiag to Technical Support?

Answer: Please Read Before Submitting a Request for Technical Support
Prior to submitting a request for technical support please attach a copy of the DXDIAG for the PC on which you are experiencing the issue. This will allow us to more quickly research the issue you are experiencing and provide the best possible solution(s) for the issues you are experiencing.
You can find instructions on how to run and attach your DXDIAG information below.

Type DXDIAG into that run prompt and click on "OK." It generally up to 30 seconds for your DXDIAG to load.
Click "Save All Information" located along the bottom of the DirectX Diagnostic Tool, which should now be open on your screen.
You will be asked to select a location to which you would like to save this file. The default location is your desktop. Save your file to your desktop using the default name of DXDIAG.
Press the "Back" button below in order to go back to your question in progress.
Click on "Browse..." next to the "Attach Documents" field and locate the DXDIAG file saved on your desktop. Once located click "Open" to add it to your question.

    Thanks for your help
