RIFT 4.3: Hotfix #18 2/28/2018

GENERAL
* Ascend a Friend will no longer populate your friends list. If your friends list is currently full of them and you would like to remove them in bulk, you can use /clearfriendslist. This will remove everyone from your friends list, so make sure to keep track of who you want to keep before using it so you can re-add them!


SOULS

MAGE

WARLOCK
* Lingering Torment will no longer be overwritten by another player’s version of the debuff.


DUNGEONS & RAIDS

BASTION OF STEEL
* Added a safeguard to force the Vindicator MK1 into its inactive state upon reaching 60% health.
* Lingering Torment will now proc on Commander Isiel’s attacks.

TARTARIC DEPTHS
* Lingering Torment will now proc on Malannon’s attacks.
