Default Dragon Age 2 March 8, release >.<

Anyone else just a little bit frustrated that both Rift and Dragon Age 2 release in March?!?

If only that game were out in February I would have a game to play between BETA's.

There haven't been many Computer games (single player or MMORPG) that I've wanted to play in a very long time then BAM! the two Ive been waiting for release in the same month!~

Anyone else anticipating Dragon Age 2 as well as Rift release?

    Argh!

Yeah, not the best timing.. Planning basically to just cram as much Rift in as I can before DA2's release.. So I don't fall too far behind.

    Same.

Theres no way I wont play DA2 I was skeptical on the first Dragon Age but that game hooked me in within the first few minutes.. In fact it was the probably main reason I left Aion. (Aion had problems though anyhow) Both Aion and Dragon Age one were out at about the same time as well.
Normally a single player game will not compete with my time over a MMORPG...but.
It was such a solid game with so much replayability.
It was easy to spend hours on DA1

I really hope DA2 is even larger and has more class options.

No rush on DA2. First thing that will happen is they will patch fixing a number of bugs. May as well wait until then to play, leaving plenty of time for Rift. (Ands yes, I have a Signature Edition Copy ready for download on the 8th.)

The head start gives me plenty of time to get things set up in Rift before I play DA2 like crazy. I just hope I'll like the game as much as the first.

My only concern that they mess up the game is what happens in many sequels (or newer RPG'S) in general.. They make the sequel too linear and more like a railway car ride than an open world feel. The other concern is the size of the game world. I hope its larger than the last game. I love a single player game where you get a large worldmap you can explore at any rate you choose. Thats half the game for me.

It would be a shame if DA2 were actually a small landzone and you had to buy expansions or pay for extra content to make it the size it should have been just by itself.

    I'm gonna be hopefull though.

Having a new coaster for my drinks shouldn't interfere with Rift time at all.

I played through DAO 3 times, the expansion twice and bought ALL of the DLC. Yeah that game had me hooked for a long while.

DA Origins was way to slow and boring for my tastes. I really hated how every time I spoke to an NPC I had a multiple choice question to answer. Some people love this style of gameplay, just not my thing.

I'll pirate it and play it when I feel the need.

yeah pretty bad timing.....I will be glued to DA2 until I finish it and I pre ordered a while back. So probably no Rift for a couple weeks since I only get 2-3 hours of game time a day because of work.

That's funny because I feel the opposite.

    DA2 will be DA2 forever.

    Rift changes every day . . .

You can always wait for it to go on sale or something. I don't see the pressure to get single-player games right away.

At least wait for the reviews lol.
