    If you like Pepper Jack, find some Boar's Head Three Pepper cheese. And I agree with you on the sour dough. Anyone advocating using something so mediocre and bland as "multi-grain" is not someone to be taken seriously..

    Woah. woah. woah. mediocre and bland would be using white bread, or some of that silly onion bread. I have nothing against sourdough, it blends well with other types of cheese. However I have found the method of which I have listed to be best with "multi-grain" bread. The flavor of the bread mixes quite well with the listed ingredients. Sourdough...Not so much. Especially not with pepperjack. Now with some Herrgårdsost, or maybe some Gouda...But not with Pepperjack.
