There's no hardcore raiders in Rift anymore, because there's no hardcore raids anymore. Bosses have 1-2 mechanics, the 10-months-old highest tier raid has 3 bosses... I don't think even the most active raiders would consider it harcore to spend 30 minutes in a raid to clear it.

Don't know about other parts of the game ... there might be a few hardcore dimensioneers ;) I believe all the hardcore PVPers left when they killed PVP
