Default In which subforum may I create a complaint thread?

Not going into much detail what I would like to
discuss in there, just where can I make such a
thread - openly ( Like an open letter, if free speech
    is allowed in here anymore?
"You've received an infraction for violating our
Trion Community Guidelines for the following reason:
    Discussing Moderation/Disciplinary" worries me.)
Can I even complain or will I get another 2 week ban
    if I complain?

    Its about forum management,
    moderating and mod side
    rulebendings/random infractions/ragebans and not
    caring generally about this :
"If you've got any questions regarding this message
or its contents, please feel free to contact the
Rift Community Team via PM when your suspension elapses."

Or are we here all like :

There is no right to freedom of speech here or on any official game forum, these are private forums and thus they have full rights to moderate you how they see fit, they don't generally, but they can.

If you have a complaint about any of the Trion staff, then complain to Trion, not the public, airing your dirty laundry here will get you nowhere. Your best hope of being heard by them is to open a customer support ticket via the support web page.

None, the TOS doesn't allow public discussion about forum moderation .. yes, it's crass, we can't even ask about POLICY let alone specific examples which defy belief, but that's the rule .. so there's no where you can do it without retribution.

Mhmh, I see. Okay. I just personally dont like to be stepped on
( with no valid reason ), which in these forums in this virtual environment
has happened twice now. They "try" to make this a vivid living community
but they themselves act like bulldozers rolling over whoever thinks or
tries to express themselves the other way.

Its like this anecdote about an american and an englishman talking about
their barber. Englishman says something about how he goes to the barber
and then the barber uses foam and barber razor blade. The american says
that they have a vending machine for it, you put your chin in and whoof in
30 seconds your face is shaved. Englishman is like, man, everyone has a
different chin and face. American - yeah, the first time they have.

I hate to be and act like the gray mass Trion is trying form us into. Okay....
    Ah whatever

Sorry but I completely and utterly disagree with you here. Trion are VERY good with their community, especially compared to the other game forums out there, they only give out infractions and such when it is necessary and only close down threads that become abusive, if you think it's oppressive here then you have a very narrow and exaggerated view of oppression, deity forbid if you ever joined the LOTRO forums, it would shock you to death.

I utterly disagree with you. =)

They have even ingame mechanics to stop you from chatting with people.

And? It's not there to stop you chatting, it's a filter to stop spammers, it's just a little sensitive and bugging out, if you actually bothered to read the thread you linked (why am I not surprised?) then you would know that they are still fine tuning it to avoid accidentally cutting people off that shouldn't be cut off. I do a nice line of tinfoil hats if you need one, only 100 credits each.

If you have a problem with moderation don't post about it, talk about it to a member of the Community Team. It's a crappy rule to need, but the world can be a crappy place sometimes. There are good reasons for it, and it's pretty much standard in any environment with reasonable and professional moderation standards.

As to the open letter, as long as it complies with our forum rules it can be posted in the appropriate forum. If it doesn't comply with our forum guidelines then it can't be posted on our forums. For example if you wanted to call me a fat fat fatty, that's just an insult. I'm just big boned. If you want to say you are unhappy with chat restrictions that's valuable feedback we want. Do so in a way that complies with guidelines.
