Default Help me buy my puter

Okay PvP friends, I really need help to purchase a new computer so I can get back to PvP. Here are my 4 options. Although I am very tempted to get the baby Alienware because it's super cute and small.

    1. Alienware X51 - 16GB RAM, i7 processor, NVIDIAŽ GeForceŽ GTX 660 1.5GB.
    Price: $1200
    Pros: Small and cute.
Cons: I can't think of any

    2. Avatar Gaming FX8366 - 16GB RAM, AMD FX-Series FX-8350, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 Ti 2GB.
    Price: $1000
    Pros: Best Reviews on Newegg.com
Cons: I never bought a system with AMD

    3. iBUYPOWER (Powered by ASUS Motherboard) Gamer Chimera4S NE745SLC Desktop PC (ASUS P8Z77 series Motherboard). Intel Core i5 3570k(3.40GHz) 8GB DDR3 1TB HDD Capacity NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670 Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit .
    Price: $1400
Pros: Looks like a powerhouse machine
Cons: i5 processor. Might as well buy an i7, and expensive.

    4. CyberpowerPC Gamer Xtreme 1379 No Screen Desktop PC Intel Core i5 3570k(3.40GHz) 8GB DDR3 2TB HDD Capacity NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 Ti 2GB Windows 8 64-Bit .
    Price: $1070
Pros: Beer picked this one out for me
Cons: i5 processor. Might as well invest in an i7

The AMD FX based system would be alright if you do a lot of tasks with serious multi-threading, but the single-core power is a bit weak compared to Intel, so it won't do so nicely with a lot of games (which tend to use one to three cores). The Alienware...well, let's just say I've heard enough horror stories to lean away from that one.

Options 3 and 4 look good. #4 from Beer looks like a good contender, in particular. As for i5 vs i7, unless you're doing a lot of heavily threaded work (ie: not games) the HyperThreading of an i7 won't do much for you. If you do a lot of encoding and other such tasks, it's another story. I've actually disabled HyperThreading on my i7. Reduced CPU temperature by 10C and reduced the voltage required.

Ack Asus sabertooth boards are not cheap. Way out of my budget LOL. Prefer not to spend as much as $1300.

I finally choose my computer from newgg.com

CyberpowerPC (Powered By ASUS Motherboard) Gamer Xtreme 1383LQ Desktop PC (ASUS P8Z77-V LX Series Motherboard) Intel Core i7 3770k(3.50GHz) 16GB DDR3 2TB HDD Capacity Nvidia Geforce GTX 660 2GB Windows 8 64-Bit

    Cost: $1300

I heard Cyberpower has horrible customer/tech service but most companies do LOL. I'll take a chance and give this puter a try.
