    Default Old Vid cards

    Im really wanting to play RIFT but the computer i am running is a bit old.Have a Q6600 processor On a Striker Extreme MotherBoard
    Also have 2x 8800gts SLI set up Vid Cards

    I went to canirunit.com and it came back that i would be ok but wanted to ask some of you first hand what you thought

    And if i am needed to get new cards what would you sugest without a complete overhall

    You should do just fine, really. I can't tell you how good you will run on medium settings or anything, but I do know that you will be able to enjoy the game.
    In game characters in beta: Warskel (Mathosian Warrior), Rathu (High Elf Mage), Mairerit (High Elf Cleric), Adrivia (Mathosian Rogue)

    I dont neceserialy need to run ULTRA High

    make sure to get the nvidia beta drivers 266.35 as they have made optimizations for Rift and SLI. should help out some.

    Thanks ill give it a try if is too choppy/bad frames ill buy a new card
