Fine easily, most likely high setting or medium on some parts with a decent resolution
Depends on your resolution, but with an AMD 5750, as above, I'd expect you should target medium with reduced AA and reduced shadows.

I'd expect after the change (be sure to check your power supply can handle it) you should have little difficulty with medium settings. It depends on your resolution. Note though that an AMD X2 6000+ is a pretty old generation chip and you are going to have bottlenecks all over that system core (slower chip, slower ram, slower board speeds, etc.)
