    Save your money on the +2 GB of ram unless you are planning to upgrade to Windows 7 shortly after. Otherwise looks good to me.

    What he means is that your computer, running a 32-bit OS will be unable to use most of the extra 2 gigs you're planning on adding. You'd need to upgrade to a 64-bit OS to use it all.
