    Default Questions about the game.

What happens when you die in the game thanks. Do you lose your stuff?

No you do not lose your items... Though some think you SHOULD.

What happens is you turn into a ghost and have to either talk to the resurrection person (an angel or messenger of the vigil for guardians, a dude with glasses that only the dead can see for the Defiant) and have them rez you, or you can RUN to your corpse (icon shows on the minimap), then when you get close to your corpse you can rez.

Problem with running to your corpse... Mobs do not show up immediately... so you have to stand around dead, and wait to see if it is a good idea to rez, or you run the risk of being killed again in the same spot.

Every hour you get one soul walk, which is an ability that you immediately move around dead, and wherever you end up in an allotted time (30 sec roughly) you come back to life in that spot. No need to hunt for your own corpse.

Don't get me wrong however... your soul can be damaged. After about 10 times dying without healing your soul (there is an NPC for that too) you take serious stat losses. But it is not permanent... just heal your soul and you are fixed. If you choose to run around with damaged soul, you are pretty much useless in a fight.
