It is a dictionary definition. Dictionaries are BIG books where every word in the english language has it's pronunciation and definition explained.
In this case it is telling you that Threw is the past tense of Throw, you know, I threw a ball at my brother and hit him in the head.

Read the part I quoted before you get all weird - Guns don't throw projectiles.

Please to explain? What are these "books" of which you speak? Some old fashioned remnant of a forgotten age I imagine ;)

Ok sorry - I was laughing at the idea of a projectile being thrown from a gun - just struck me as a strange way to look at it

I've glanced at four threads this morning.

One had a guy who wants to revel in his armor. (I assume this is what he meant, he was rather angry that there was no reveling armor.)

One had a guy who thought that questions end with periods. ("where all pvp vendor." was his post, attempting to locate PvP item vendors.)

One thought an apostrophe is used to say, "Here comes an S!" (I believe he wanted to know about pet's, what is in the patch for the pet's?)

    The fourth was yours.

You're fighting a losing battle here. Just saying.
