    Default Female Kelari Dance

I looked it up and apparently the female Kelari dance is based off of a Wonder Girls song called Tell me.

I just thought, if Trion is going to use a k-pop song to base a dance off of, couldn't they pick a more popular one.

What dance do you think would be better, just a discussion for kicks.

My choice is Abracadabra by Brown Eyed Girls.

I'd have to say every dance is pretty bad for everyone.

Also, you want a dance based on a more popular song, then name I song I haven't heard. Logic fail.

Yeah, I think the only one that I actually like is the Carlton because you can actually tell what it is without research.

Main issue with implementing stuff and dances in this case is that while its funny now, it might not be funny anymore in 1 year.

Apparently, I cheered about the last green puzzle piece for nothing. I can't play now at all.

I hope in an upcoming patch to see a lot of work done on the animations. I like most of the stuff in Rift but the dances are comical, and not in a good way. They need to completely redo the mount animations and add motion capture movement to the characters as well.

The animations in this game are ten years behind the curve. If they fix the animations and add a score this truly would be a AAA MMORPG. As it stands, only Trion refers to this as AAA. It's AA at best.

Female dwarves and Bahmi males have great funny dances. The rest are horrible.

The GameBryo engine is classically bad with animations. I'm not even sure it can support modern mo cap techniques, at least not to the point where we'd appreciate the quality of the animations.

That said, Rift's animations are better than other GameBryo games, typically - even if the difference is marginal.

I'm sad to hear that. How old is the GameBryo engine and if it's so old that it doesn't support modern animations why didn't they use a more current engine?

I love the game, but the clunky animations are a turn off.

Oh well, we gamers are a picky bunch I guess.

Nvm. I just looked it up.

Gamebryo went belly up in July 2010. It's the same engine that DAoC used 10 years ago.

    Explains a lot.
