    Default List Your Ipod, Zune Etc Workout Music. What Pumps You Up and Keeps You Going?

    I am a real fan of running and exercising while listening to my Ipod. I have a whole section just for music that will pump me up and keep my juices flowing for an hour while I am running. You know what songs I am talking about. I am always looking for new tracks to add to this "workout list" What is in your "workout list" that gets your blood pumping? List your songs plz.

    I hope that there is some good feedback to this post. I have a hard time finding high energy fast paced music that I like. I have too many cds with pop music (which I do like), played at a faster than intended speed (which I most certainly do not like). I also have too much music that starts out okay, but then a guy with a scary voice starts screaming intelligible things into his mic.

    I want some fun to listen to, heart pumping music that does not make me feel like I should turn on all of my lights, lock my doors and check under the bed.

    I am not overly picky. Just not scary stuff or rap ~smile~

    When I used to work out - I couldn't go wrong with http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tja6_h4lT6A. Listening to that horrible bleep-house stuff in the gym used to make me go spare. Nice easy get warmed up and then go for the burn.

    *sigh*...now I'm bummed.

    Bloody it was on the front of its chest
    and long it barked at the father of magic;
    on rode Odin, the road resounded,
    he approached the high hall of Hel.

    My favorite work out music is Ultra Trance 06, Cascada (both albums ... at least, I *think* she only has 2 out) and Total Trance Mix.

    Usually I listen to anything electronica or techno, just for the beat and it's so easy to just go on "autopilot" while listening. If I'm alone I start out with MGMT's "Kids" or "Time to Pretend" then I step it up to some Ratatat.
