The following fixes will be included in the main 1.9 update for Europe instead of a separate hotfix.

GENERAL
* Members of chat channels that are on other wargroups can now speak in those channels.
* Instant Adventure: Fixed a case where players from different shards could end up in the same Random Instant Adventure group.
* Conquest: Fixed a crash while running away from a Conquest Extractor right as it's about to cap.
* Weaponsmith: Fixed *some* cases of Daily quest not giving the correct Wondrous Flux item - some may still not work and are being fixed.
* Death Saga: Forces of the Plane of Death: Reduced objective count and fixed some Rifts not counting toward quest updates.
* Some late quality of life tweaks to Summerfest quests!
