We will be conducting a planned maintenance for the account management page on Tuesday, May 1st, 2012. The maintenance will start at 9am PDT (4pm GMT) and is estimated to last 10 hours. This work will not prevent players from logging into RIFT. During the maintenance, the account management page and customer support “Ask a Question” page will be unavailable. In addition, Customer Support agents will also be unable to access account information until maintenance is complete.
You can still submit a request to customer support during the maintenance by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or, for game related issues, by using the In-Game petitioning system. The forums and blog will also remain available and provide any updates during the maintenance.
