Welcome back! For where to go as far as leveling, take the portal in any town to The Plane of Water, Goboro Reef zone.
Guide wise, there are lots of good ones here in the forums, just check out the guides section of the cleric forums.
Also, if you want to play with builds, Magelo has a calculator that is up to date.
