Stacking hot bars

Hi,
Yet another question. If there a way in game or an add on that allows you to stack 4+ hot bars on your screen at one time? I hate having to scroll through the various bars to find what I need. I have tried key mapping, but it isn't working, i.e. When I key map my mount to bar 2, key 4, I do not mount unless I am on bar 2. If I switch to bar 1, it uses the skill in position four on bar 1.
