Trying to get quests from one of the main cities, and I can't see the building... I see the npcs, but can't get to them. The walls aren't showing up.

Have you tried relogging? Sometimes initial loading could just be fixed with a relog. Other than that have you tried repairing your game?
Have you finished downloading the game?

Maybe you ended up in a wall or sank through the floor? Have you tried the stuck option, teleport to another shard or soul recall?
