I have Ascended Essential Pack but can't access Runeshaper on Cleric

Essentials gives you defiler and Oracle. Runeshaper isn't included, at least not on the one they sell on steam

Probably, definitely looks like you should have Runeshaper available.

There have been 2 different "Essential" named deals:

RIFT Essentials Edition introduced May 2016 did NOT include the Ascended Soul Pack

Ascended Essentials Pack introduced April 2017 did include the Ascended Soul Pack

If you bought it mid 2018 (half a year ago) via an OFFICIAL store (Glyph, Steam) then you should have always received the NEW pack including the souls. If you bought the code from a key seller however, it might be an old code.

I looked it up, exact date is 2017-5-18
so that means i should in theory have it.

Apparently
i got
Code Applied RIFT_ESSENTIAL_EDITION_GAM

which is different than Ascended Essentials Pack.
so the souls will not be included.
