Planarite is not increasing even though chat says I'm looting it

I'm at that quest early on where I need to buy the heroes thing for 800 planarite but my quantity in the character->currencies window is stuck at 761. I've done several rifts and the chat says over and over that I'm receiving planarite but the number isn't increasing I googled a lot but nobody seems to be having the same problem...

Have you collected it from planar bag (by default it is under a map in top right corner of the screen?
