Returning player

I just started playing again and I'm in Tempest Bay and when I go to the Porticulum Master I don't get an options portal any where, I just get the binding option. Has something changed about how they work?

You should get a map that will let you click on most of the porticulums that you need. If you are in Tempest Bay you may need to zoom out the map to get access to most of the lands. Then click the city you want.
