Question about dye.

So as the question goes. How can I go about unlocking nightmare black dye in the wardrobe section? Says I need to buy the Nightmare Tide pack. I've checked several places including amazon and ebay. No luck. Can't find the pack anywhere. Not on rift store. Not on steam. Any info on this would be helpful. I've taken a liking to be able to dye my gear. I've yet to get the dye packs in the rift store. Not knowing which they unlock exactly is frustrating. Any insight?

I've seen this stated on discord a few times also. Though no current pack has them on it now even on the store perhaps putting a different colored border around each pack to correspond in game with colors might be helpful?
