Question Why doesn't this macro work?

I created this macro last night. It's supposed to cast Righteous Imperative if I hit <CTRL><1>, but that doesn't do anything.

    #show Provoke
    suppressmacrofailures
    cast [ctrl] Righteous Imperative
    cast @mouseover Provoke
    cast Provoke

I also tried using [shift] instead of [ctrl], but that didn't work either.

My macros seem to work just fine, except when I try to use [ctrl] or [shift]. (I haven't tested [alt].)

Does anyone have any ideas why that particular line doesn't work?

I would suggest checking your keybinds to see if you have anything bound to Ctrl+1 or Shift+1. You may need to unbind those to get your macro working. Also, try holding down the Ctrl/Shift key and clicking the hotbar slot with the macro, rather than pressing 1 (I know that won't achieve what you want, I'm suggesting it as a diagnostic).

    Thanks. That was the problem.
