Returning Player totally confued

I just purchased SFP and used the level 65 boost. After the tutorial I was sent to Tempest Bay. After reading a few posts, someone mentioned a starting story line quest with General Batura. I found him next to a portal and he gave me a quest to go to Comet Ahnket? No idea if this is the correct quest nor have any idea how to get to the Comet. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Go to the portoculum and when you select your destination, you will see the celestial lands.

Thanks. Someone mentioned Danacus Trueair gives the starting quest. I assume he is where you port into Celestial Lands?

There is the questgiver that tells you to go to Batua at the portal.

Not sure if they fixed the portal to Celestial Lands/Alittu already, but talking to any portal master will give you the option to travel to Alittu, the start point for travelling into the new lands.
