CQ buffs

Hi All--

Post Storm-Legion, is it still true that the buffs you get from playing Conquest (Readiness I, II, II; Swiftness I, II and III) apply even when you are doing regular PvE? And if so, do the buffs still stack?

They have always applied outside of Conquest, and they have always stacked together.
