question about rogue poison weapons

i noticed several talents increase poison weapon damage and so fourth now how do you apply poisons to your weapons or what is the buff so i know i have poisons attached i can't seem to see any talents i have so far saying anything about adding poisons clearly I'm missing something here can anyone fill me in thanks a lot

I was confused about this as well but I think I figured it out. The skills that say they enhance the weapon-based poisons are referring to the buffs that say they add extra effects to your attacks, not the attack abilities. In the Assassin soul there are a few of these buffs (the ones that last 1 hour) such as leeching poison and lethal poison. If you look at the skill icon for those buffs they look like a knife with a generous application of colourful poison.
