Coin Lock and Transferring

Hey everyone! Coming back to Rift and i would just like some help on how to transfer my chars from a trial server to another server because they are all on coin lock and dont know how to unlock it. any help here? btw now that im a subscriber, i cant log in the chars to deactivate the lock

check your email, in it there will be an email giving you the code you need to get rid of the coinlock. also, i don't think you can actually transfer the character while your coinlocked.....

You can't. But as you said, it's easy to remove the lock.

Hey guys, recently came back after a long time and now can't seem to get on because of coin lock. I also don't think ive received an email or if i can get a new one, so many thanks if you can tell me how.

Just click on the coinlock icon and you can select the "Send me another email" option. I have had this 3 times in the last week, its actually simple enough even for a newbie like me.

Be sure to check your email spam folder. The Coin Lock code could get stuck in there.

Happened to me yesterday. Here's what you do.
Log in to the game with the character on the trial server, you can still play if you click the play button a couple of times (ignore the transfer button for now), once you're in-game that will generate the email. You actually have to get in to game to generate the mail, logging in to the account isn't enough to generate the mail.
