    Responding to messages, resolving issues, and keeping the few players we have left happy !!

    I have messaged you three times in the last three weeks about an issue, and not had a response, let alone resolution.

    This is a very simple thing that would take someone two minutes to sort out too

    I believe in this case "message" means "ticket".

    I used the in-game "Contact Game Master" feature and the messages are stored at https://support.trionworlds.com/hc/en-us/requests
