    Default Prime only Balance

    Souls

    Mage:

    Frostkeeper:
-Earthen Barrier -> tune down the healing on the ranks of this skill so that at lvl 42 (insert rank here) the healing amout is 400 max. Considering it procs every second and Healers Blessing heals for about 300-400 (depending on Build and target healed) on heal at 1,5s GCD. These two abilities and be compared because they both proc passively.

More changes to Froskeeper have to be done tho.

    Mystic Archer:
-Elemental Barrage -> tune down the damage on the ranks of the skill up to lvl 50 by 30% on every rank, a linear increase in damage starting from rank 1 up to rank ? at lvl 50 seems fine. Also limit the targets EB hits to 8.

    Chloromancer:
This soul seems to be doing alright in the hands of a worthy Ascendend.

    Stormcaller:
There seems to be a bug where the audio on some skills persist even tho the skill has ended tho i don't know that skillname.

    Rogue:

    Saboteur:
Reduce all damage done of the ranks of the abilities by 50% up to lvl 50 since they hit 3 targets (Sticky Bombs for example). To compensate for single target dps add a buff increasing saboteur dmg done by 40%, but making saboteur abilities hit only one target. Keep the buff to make saboteur abilities hit up to 8 targets as it is.

    Bladedancer:
-Hundred Blades -> increase the targets hit to 8
-Dancing Steel -> increase the targets hit to 8
Might need to nerf dmg of Bladedancer abilities after that since it is already quite good.

    Bard:
Bring it the the level of Oracle in terms of damage output. Cannot give specifics here since I never played Bard.

    Warrior:

    Warchanter:
You already know about it being overpovered and im sure Rough Raptors is going to help with that.

Overall for every new Soul that came out after Vanilla the early skillrank damage and healing seems way out of line and needs to be toned down to match the souls that have been there since the beginning.

    Expert Dungeons

    Lantern Hook:

Rorf -> Greatly increase his dmg by making his autoattacks deal at least 3000 damage to a decently geared tank. And make his ranged autoattack deal at least 6000 damage. Also increase the damage his pets do by about 500-900 per hit.

Pyromaster Cortilnald -> Keep Cinder Burst as it is by about 12000 damage. But increase the fireball damage to at least 7000 damage. Also increase the damage of Pillar of Flame (the AOE) to at least 8000 damage per tick on nontanks the current damage is way too low and you can almost ignore it.

Flamebringer Druhl -> Make his autoattack damage deal at least 4500 damage, leave the spread damage as it is.

Emberlord Ereetu -> Increase his AOE bolt damage to deal at least 5000 damage. Increase the damage of the pillars dramatically so it kills anyone standing in them longer than 5 seconds. I thought about the following starting damage to nontanks 800 -> 1600 -> 3200 -> 6400 -> 12800 -> increasing every second you stand in it.

Oludare the Firehoof -> Increase his autoattack damage to at least 5000 damage. Make his charge do at least 6000 damage to nontanks. And make his lance do about 5500 damage to nontanks. Lastly increase the aoe damage to at least 5000 damage every tick.

In general almost every dungeon boss is doing literally no tank damage and ground AOEs can be ignored most of the time, looking at Fae Lord Twyl for example where nontanks take about 200 damage from the moving ground AOEs. Charges, Battlemaster Atrophinius, for example should at least do 5500 damage to make them dangerous again. Basicly at the current state it is possible to just rush through the dungeons ignoring most of the mechanics the bosses offer, which in my opinion defeats the purpose of a boss in the first place. The "Bosses" feel more like just another trash monster you have to kill.
