Reduced Port prices

Personally I know everyone is going to bash me for this as so many threads before this one but, We really need better port prices for the storm legion gates the 24 gold for the first was reasonable but arround the higher level areas they can be 1 plat per transport and above.

my suggestion

Change the prices where the variables change based on how far you are away form your desired gate while maintaining free transport to major cities
