Trion keep a record of all GM requests made on your account, accessible through account management.
I was wondering if any records were kept of feedback / bug reports.
If such records exist, how can they be accessed?

If not, then how about having a database of these feedbacks, with maybe the hot fix # that addressed the issue (if it is a bug).
If a database is not viable, then some form of feedback in game.
Something like: We're on it. OR Thanks for reporting.
Even an "OK dude, how many times are you going to report this? (in the event of duplicating).

Initially I kept my own records, checking them off as hot-fixes resolved the problems.
Since 1.11 my play/report ratio dropped, so I abandoned the list..... Because I really prefer to play.
