Suggestion: RAID Banner
I'm sure it's been asked for before..but with the introduction of yet another Rift-type (PvP) it's becoming increasingly important to introduce non-guild Raid banners.
I don't care if it's even yet another planar-skill you can buy for 30K planarites or something.
