Default Don't Allow Combat Res Overwriting

This is more of a bug than a suggestion. We healers would apreciate it if we didn't accidentally blow our combat ressurections on an already res'd player.

    Current behavior:
    Player 1 Dies.
Player 2 Casts a combat resurrection.
Player 1 has not accepted the res or has not yet fully ressed.
Player 3 casts a combat resurrection because Player 1 still seems dead.
    Player 1 resurrects.
Both combat res's are now on cooldown.

    Desired behavior:
    Player 1 Dies.
Player 2 Casts a combat resurrection.
Player 1 has not accepted the res or has not yet fully ressed.
Player 3 casts a combat resurrection because Player 1 still seems dead.
Player 3 recieves an error message that Player 1 already has a combat res pending. The spell is not cast.
    Player 1 resurrects.
Only Player 2's combat res is now on cooldown.

...And a good time is had by all.

Would be really great to see this, seeing how valuable combat rezs are. Also, it shouldn't be too bad of a programming effort to accomplish this.
