    Default Markers/flares?

It would be very useful to have some type of thrown marker/flare to help with explaining tactics and marking areas in dungeons (especially expert) and raids. Maybe have each marker have a lifetime of a few minutes each.

It occurred that there are already 6 different types of rift (Fire, Water, Earth, Air, Life & death) that each have very different visual effects, so it would seem fitting for markers to follow the theme.

It could also give high level apothocary's a useful function if these could be created as thrown pots, maybe with the recipes available from rift faction vendors or as bind on pickup rare drops from rifts of the matching type themselves.

I guess, however, as with anything like this it's possible for people to grief with them, so some mechanisms would have to be in place to prevent areas being spammed to death with markers.
