Beta over?

So I just recently found out about this game. Super pumped about it, just been playing old EQ 1 for fun. But is the Beta now closed? I was going to pre-order but not if its closed already. Or is it going to be open up until the release? Anyone got answers?

There will be an Open Beta event that lasts six days, starting on the 15th at 10am. This should allow you time to test it. Hope you enjoy it!

Yeah, you will be high enough level to be away from the low level areas before the general masses get their copy of the game
