    Default ip error when logging in

    anyone else having this issue tried everything but still won't log in, and normally when this happens you get sent an email to input a code but not getting one

    If you are running into the external IP login issue and have not tried clearing trusted locations please do try clearing your trusted locations with these steps:
    1) Go to http://glyph.trionworlds.com/
    2) Go to Account > Security
    3) Clear Trusted Locations
    4) Log out and back in on your Glyph Client


    If that does not solve it we have to ask you lovely people to create 1 (one) ticket to our support team. We have a guide for creating a ticket which can be found here.

    After the splash screen has loaded i get a message saying 'your external ip address has changed since you authenticated.please exit the game and re-enter your user name and password.I have been playing for quite a while but this started yesterday.I have logged out of the game and retyped my email address and password,but still get the message.
