    Default PROBLEM WITH SHARD VAULT

    i have a problem with Shard Vault after merge..all my stuff is disappear .After double click there is open 2 slots and
    some items that I did not put there.

    with shard vault, I'm guessing you are referring to the shared vault for your characters on typhiria?

    Unless Gamigo has any better ideas...

    Have you tried clearing the vault and relogging?

    That vault is now the combined shared vault for what used to be typhiria shared vault, gelidra shared vault and zaviel shared vault.. If the content of those 3 vaults was more than you had slots in total, issues may occur...

    If clearing/relogging doesn't work, you could try clearing the vault, then run the glyph download from the website and choose the repair option.
    log in again and see if anything has changed.

    Тhanks for the advice .... Yes, this is a Shard Vault,general for all chars ...In Typhiria i did not had
    any chars,was transferred them before, so there is nothing to merger, but there are other things in the bank, but mine are not.I wrote the ticket and got the answer:''Your request (1235618) has been received and will be reviewed by our support staff."Just look for any Plan B)

    Glad to hear that Aranka`s advice worked!

    I will make sure that the support team is aware of this.
