Announce for Server Shot Down

Hello Gamigo,
Trion did a lot of garbage with us players, but they were able to let us know when the servers were going down. Is it so hard for you to give a server message before the servers are driven down?
It's more than annoying when you do not think about it and suddenly everything is gone.
Just a few minutes before a message 15 minutes to server down or something like that. That can not be that hard, right?

I'd prefer ingame messages, too. I refuse to use facebook, and it ought not to be necessary to play a game.
