    Default Slow response from CS- :( Fasti Maybe?

    It has been almost now a week since I put in a ticket about an item, all I got back was email saying they are behind responding and that various fixes have been put out and hopefully to fixes my issue.. REQUEST #1156974 Can someone help see that I get an answer soonish?

    Really Nothing? Kinda hurts since I have been such a big supporter (with money) in rift. Even today I spent more Euros in the Na server- despite still having 226 Days paid ahead

    have you read about trion worlds transitioning? its in the news in forum. this is the big reason it is taking long.

    Oh really? OFC I have heard of it, I pay to play every month and still buy credits to supplement the support..now I would like support from Trion ---

    Trion is no longer. Not in charge, not in existance. You might get lucky with Gamigo, but as you know, they aren't exactly set up to deal with anything at a moments notice. And keep in mind, while the company was disbanded, the tickets still came in as usual, so there are a ton more than normally...

    Kulta,

    Unfortunately, with the dissolution of Trion came the loss of all positions of employment and a mere 50 were rehires by Gamigo/Golden Gate Games. With that said, support tickets may be delayed in response for quite some time as the new company works to form the new RIFT team.

    Well since my problem would take about 5 seconds to correct this is very sad. And I just bought a crap load of credits yesterday despite having over 200 days still on my sub... So sad

    It is unfortunate that more attention is not making it into the support side of things. Hopefully, in the near future this can come to an end and QoL along with other aspects of RIFT can see improvement.

    Well I just bought like 8,500 credits this week and my sub is paid up for 200+ days..so I doubt I can do much impact at this point
