    Just taking a guess/stab at this one, since i finished that a long time ago. I don't think you can receive a duplicate piece via mail if you already have that piece on that alt. I am pretty sure that might be the case, unless i am not understanding your ticket

    Are you able to return the mail and then check again to see if its the same piece you already collected? Did you transfer more than one puzzle piece?

    Thank you for that. Good thought. It didn't apply in this case as I had sent them to an alt to off-load them while I went out hunting again. I like to do it on one character because she can heal and the DOTs are cruel! Hence me not being able to get them back again. I just hope they don't count as being in her possession are I am stymied for a long time to come!

    I have moved the char to greybriar server and Hope CS will still be able to help. If I update my help request I am afraid they will put me to the back of the loooonnngggg que line

    I dont think they have a CS team to answer your question etc. They are still hiring some people from trion ( old trion workers )

    I've been waiting several days as well for a purchase using real life $$ and I too have not heard anything from support.

    Not sure how they prioritize these things, but if they aren't tackling purchases and real life money first, I can't imagine they will possibly address misc. in-game issues with items soon, unfortunately .

    That's pretty much my issue, made a purchase with real life cash, Trion took my money but failed to deliver everything that I purchased. Submitted a ticket and now, 10 weeks later I 'm still waiting for some sort of response!

    Cancelled my subscription today, I'm done waiting for Trion! Guess it's time to contact my bank and have a discussion about chargebacks.

    Just keep in mind that issuing a chargeback will cause gamigo (Trion no longer exists) to immediately freeze/ban your account until it's reversed.

    Yeah I know, but not much else I can do now is there? They've taken my money, failed to deliver what I paid for and I've now been waiting 10 weeks for a response from CS! I now feel as though I've been ripped off and conned by Trion/gamigo, they're quick enough to take my money but don't seem to care about resolving the issue when the customer didn't get what they paid for!

    I can empathize. I still have not received what I purchased and my Patron account has just ran out. I'm not going to even consider re-subbing until I get what I paid for over a month ago.
