The Leviathan Zone Event in Tyrants Throne and the Minion that goes with it.

I am trying to acquire the Minion card Tasuil, which requires six other Minion cards.

One of the cards ONLY drops from The Leviathan Zone Event in Tyrants Throne. How am I supposed to get the card if the event never is activated?
I started watching for it a week ago and I haven't seen it active. Am I just not seeing it, Am I on at the wrong times..?

Any suggestions?

I have been watching also for the last couple months, i have only see the event once.

Events pop on shards when there are enough people on that shard... and perhaps also in that area...

It is rare, but so is the Devourer event and its card.

You're right, on NA, Leviathan has not run in over 6 weeks.
Perhaps this could be set to occasionally run regardless of pop?

there are many events that never come..
I need few in Dendrome
there is one event in Ashora that i need for achiv...last news about it here was few years ago..

and still Promo mount events not here... almost year...
