I decided to return to the game after a long vacation. However, the message I get after logging in is "The Shard you last played on is Locked"
Is there a problem? I left last time due to issues and problems and broken things. I had hoped that by the time I came back that things would be smoother. Apparently not.
Please explain the message above. Thank you

Can you chuck my poor 95% stranded char to her bind point in Marsomething Palace (plane of water). Heck even sanctum will do. At least I know I can load in those 2 places with alts and previously traveled to.

Add-ons all disabled etc. Satellite sucketh.

If it was a very long time ago the shard you may have been on may be turned off at this point. So the shard appears as locked so you can transfer your character off it onto an active shard.

Hi there. Hopefully I'll be able to clear up any confusion. On the character select screen, once the character is highlighted, the one that is on the locked shard, you should be able to select the "transfer" option at the bottom of the screen. You will see this between the "Addons" & "Shard" buttons, and should be clickable. Once you press this button, it'll display a box that for you to select which shard you wish to move to.

Ok. Seems to be working now. I was able to login to all of my characters with no problem.

Still didn't get any troves but at least I can play again.

Can't log in over and over today.

Can't login to any of my toons. Stuck at 10%, then DC. Try to log into any other toon, says I'm "logged in" to the one I tried first. if I wait long enough to "log out" and try another toon, rinse n' repeat. Disabled all add-ons also. Xartrana@Greybriar

Edit: I finally got in the game on my one non-65 toon. Dunno why none of my five 65s will log in, only this one.

My guild member Narsiro@Zaviel can't log in, stuck at 95%, then DC. She can log in on alt character, but not on the main one.
