Oh I DID enjoy!! He mentioned "guild content" which is fascinating...probably garnered from EQ2 there. Also was nice to hear they ARE catering for soloers too.
If you say plz instead of please, I say no because it's shorter than yes.

Not much new information but still a nice interview.Atleast he confirmed that during the event they where in Pre-Alpha :P

    Some things that I saw:
    - The waterfall looks awsome
    - Guild content

    Regards,

I can't watch it right now, but the fact that he's talking about catering to soloers really really scares me. I'm not saying soloing should be impossible, I just think having the mentality of "Let's make sure everyone can solo to max level comfortably" is a horrible mentality to have when designing an MMO. Like I said though, I haven't watched it yet, so maybe I'm misinterpreting what Liziana is saying.

They have to, to a certain extent. Besides, it is your opinion that it's a horrible mentality to have, but others, may think the exact opposite. Can't make everyone happy.

Yes, you are right.. I'm just frustrated that every MMO out there follows these same patterns of throwing easy buttons everywhere to make the masses happy.. Is it too much to ask for one new MMO that fits my tastes? Perhaps it is!

Personally, I think there needs to be solo content, but not to the extreme that other game has done it. I would like to be able to level up, grinding on mobs, doing minor quests here and there, but not easily.

Here's to finding a happy medium.

well as much as i want to believe the hype, i have fallen victim of dev teams promising me "the world" only to find out 6 months before release "well we had to cut a lot of features so we could make release".

but he did mention PVP so

oooo oooo ooo WTB more details.

WTB the above item .... mine broke
