At this time, we're having some difficulty receiving in-game petitions. Previously existing tickets are fine, but please refrain from submitting new tickets through the in-game interface.

It looks like we've found a fix for this issue, but it does mean we'll need to update the shards. I'll be posting the downtime notices in the News & Announcements forum.

Hi all,

At this time, the in-game ticketing system is functional once more for all NA shards. After tonight's restart for EU, the same will be true for the EU shards.
