    Default Ok this needs to be fixed. 3 days now no live chat and please

    don't tell me its on my end. I have gone to 3 different machines, 3 different ISPs and this error isn't a client side issue.

    type Status report

    message HTTP method GET is not supported by this URL

    description The specified HTTP method is not allowed for the requested resource (HTTP method GET is not supported by this URL).

    When trying to get to Live Chat or even submit tickets from the website.

    Oh and please Trion do tell me to email support for my issue so I can wait days on end as a Patron who was suppose to have live chat as an option.

    Have you tried different browsers? The tech section of forums might have an answer if you have.
    I'm unable to open it with explorer.

    HTTP 405 Method not supported usually means you are receiving a GET request instead of a POST request.
    Code:
     --> HTTP POST /foo
      <-- 301 redirect
      --> HTTP GET /foo
      <-- 405 GET method not supported
    Reinstall Java.

    It's probably your PC having a nasty script in the JSON/HTTP reg.

    Get an anti-virus and firewall.

    use search for: npm-debug.log - Post the log script on: http://pastebin.com

    Do you either have at least blue loyalty or a patron sub?

    OP wouldn't get such an error no matter loyalty.

    This could happen if Trion used: "super.init();" That would overide "init(ServletConfig)"

    Maybe Trion have overridden the service method which is responsible to delegate the call to doGet or doPost.

    An HTTP 405 Method not supported doesn't have many breakers.

    I'm not into web development. My thinking was that he didn't have loyalty and the system said no but Trion didn't code the decline properly.

    It is odd the OP said he tried three different browsers on three ISPs and three machines. I would have thought some one else would have been affected with it too. Could some ones pants be on fire?

    I was able to access the chat without an account or log in name.

    Their system doesn't even have a log facility.

    Is this so they can't produce proof later on?

    it totally has me baffled. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Java enabled and disabled firewalls and even made a rule for browers. Still nothing.
