Default Exceptionally White / black dye

    Hello all,

I was curious what's the difference between,

Black Dye and Exceptionally black dye

    Same for the whites...
Could anyone provide screenshots of what they look like?

The colors are brighter and truer. The black is deep black, as real life black is, no grey. The white is a bright white.
I dont have any screenies, but my new wardrobe is dyed black with red highlights.

So if I used a white dye on a piece of armor and it's STILL grey, exceptionally white dye will make it as white as white can get?

The biggest difference is cost and the whites blinding factor

With the old white to the left, with the new white to the right (legs only that is).

I've killed Maelforge but I think this is more important to put in my signature:

Thanks for that Ailene. I guess I'll be saving my money then. Neither of those are white (unless those boots are casting a blue light)

The crazy expensive one is definitely white-er. But look at the design on the belt buckle. That is white. It's really not hard...guess they're keeping the option open for 'really, seriously this time, it's white' dye.

It might have been the light in the dimension that affected the color, but I was trying to show how much more white it is. I'm not sure if I prefer the new white... Depends maybe a bit on the items. It can make things very white, but at the same time it's almost a bit too bright and removes a bit of the "natural" shades... Not sure how to explain it sorry. Will probably use it at some point, but expensive enough for me to be a bit picky about what I'll use it on.

The white one makes the angel wing items look a bit more angel wingy. I have an outfit I used the white on and it just made it slightly less dirty looking. Not really amazingly white.
