More skill bar quick slots?

I'm sure theres a way to get an extra bar or 2 so i can stick more skills onto the rack, yet, no bugger in game will tell me, seems no one likes to help which is always a brilliant first impression to the game, eitherway, would someone be so kind enough to tell me how to get more of the bars up? cheers.

ah brilliant, thanks a lot, dont no why that was to hard for people to tell me ingame =x lol, im used to just pressing a small button somewhere on the side of the hotbar to get more of them up, thanks again.
