    So, I take it from Elrar's latest message that we won't be getting a fix for an age?

    Them having gone home leaving us Europeans to have CQ disabled all day while they sleep, then if they work Saturdays they'll spend most of our evening working on a fix to implement it for at the earliest, tomorrow?

    Honestly, I planned on spending the weekend in CQ and WF's... kinda bummed that it's not open at all. Shouldn't be too hard to put a shield over bases to stop the camping or w/e...

    As Elrar has repeatedly said, thank you all for your continued patience as we iron out these issues. We appreciate all the feedback, both in game and on the forums.

    Our number one priority at the moment is stability, but we're also looking at ways to address the numerous concerns that have been brought up:
    • Spawn camping - Turrets just aren't packing the punch they should at the moment, and we already have some changes in testing that should make them much more of a deterrent.
    • Base choke points - No one enjoys being farmed on their own doorsteps/stairs. While the teleporter to Zareph's did give an alternate exit path out of the bases, it had it's own set of "issues". We're looking at some alternates that will ensure certain death isn't waiting on the other side.
    • Map cooldowns - We'll continue to monitor population trends to ensure there are enough Conquest maps spinning up to meet the increasing demand.
    • Reward balance - We're keeping a close eye on gains in Conquest, and will make adjustments as needed to ensure that it's still a rewarding experience without blowing any progression out of the water.

    the camping is a relatively minor problem, conquest is causing huge lag issues and was constantly crashing

    Great that you're looking at sorting the spawning and base camping issues. But please don't reduce the favour and prestige rewards per kill. It's fine as it is, once people stop base camping and start to play properly we'll then be getting a decent amount of reward, without it breaking progression.

    When CQ started on Thursday we were playing it as it should, and getting 10-15k favour without potions, which for 45-60 mins work, with a similar cooldown, is fair gains... about the same as you'd get from warfronts.

    For me, CQ is a pure alternative to WF's and I'm actually enjoying PvP for once, rather than hitting my head against a brick wall because I don't have gear, in the wf's and I know a lot of other people who also feel CQ is an accessible PvP for all ranks/gears/skill levels etc.

    Also please provide everyone with virtually free bis PvE gear via a Chonicle we can farm for a few days. I want endgame raiding to be more accessible.

    let's make this clear, you kill them at the spawn point, you click on their body to force respawn, they come back alive not as a ghost, rinse and repeat... they lose complete control of their character and they have to try to alt-f4 or unplug their pc as the only way to escape

    Hello,

    I am writing in order to explain the worried/angry I am since situation on Conquest. Yesterday night that was an absurd, people were forced to respawn in our base because a fault in your design and abusive people behaviour. I really think this is an unfair way to play and unacceptable conduct in game. We all signed a contract by agreeing your conditions when game is downloaded. Is that the condition? All people doing fair game is penalized while abusers are being getting benefit of this situation? I really hope those people are hardly punished, for unfair game and behaviour not just with TRION, they should understand they are playing with other people they are damaged since their greed in getting equipment, points and level. It is not the first time it happen and you do not do anything, or say anything in respect. I really loved this game but this is annoying. I find you are, as programmers, responsible of preserving a fair game, and I will not consider you are doing so, while these people held that unfairy gains of valor, equipment, level... also that the agreement signed before started playing is just junk. Anywhere, there will always be people trying to take profit of these situations without minding of the others rights, but we play Trion games trusting that is not avoided. It is your responsible to keep peace and care everybody plays with equality.

    So what, you expect conquest to give 2k favour for 2 hours work... just because it has more elements and strategy than ganking lowbies in wf's.... lol

    They've introduced a new PvP style, it should offer comparable rewards to other PvP styles.

    Sarcasm or not, 'almost BiS' PvE gear IS available to everyone very easily.
    IMoAs can be farmed by doing REDs, MMs and weekly raids. It is rather easy for EVERYONE to get full ID PvE gear without ever stepping into ID.

    RE Rollback comments:

    Guys, when the PVP rift exploit was around, Trion narrowed down the people participating in it and rolled those players back.

    All they have to do, is rollback the players that gained significant favor and prestiege.

    There is a massive difference in the gains between codex (weekend bonus) and Conquest.

    I.e. Codex 4-7k favour etc, compared to 150k favor in one conquest match. They will be able to narrow down the people who have decided to take advantage of the farm and boost PA, PVP rank and prestiege.

    At the end of the day this has lead to an unfair advantage and does not ony effect pvp but pve aswell because of the significant gain in PA levels.

    I cant blame those people who jumped on the bandwagon and farmed their ranks. But to those who wanted to PVP and stood with Some Blood Iron guilds last night, I salute your efforts and gj on the pushback.

    We held them on two sides, but unfortunately without a fix we will be permenantly defending the spawn. GJ Oathsworn and keep up the good work.

    Most of the farmers will get bored and likely unsub etc soon, then we can have some real pvp like the launch day

    I've ranked up from 40 to 45 in 3 days. Even though I now have new chest, legs, belt, 2 rings and neck I think there should be a roll back. I also used old prestige and favour pots.
    But this is a kick in the butt for all of us that did the grind to get to level 40 in the first place.

    Most people don't want the roll back but to have 3 days that give you prestige and favour that would take months is not fair to the people that haven't been on the last 3 days.

    Yes. Also, I want to be able to have it done in 2 days. Think about it: more raiders for all the guilds, more competition for raid spots, and no more banging your head against stuff.
