Yeah I was confused on that as well.. Also which character will get the title and/or pet, or is it gonna be available to all of them? I have multiple 50s and only use one for my "collectibles".

They're usually available for every character on your account. I'm wondering when we actually get them ;) As far as pet vs title, I'd probably rather have the pet personally.

That sucks, so sorry to hear. I would go ahead a file a ticket if you're still empty handed--I got my rewards within a week of them announcing the final winners.
